LOFOTEN ART NIGHTS

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and participation in LOFOTEN ART NIGHTS, creative painting workshops taking place in Norway.
By booking an event, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Booking & Payment
A booking is binding once completed through the official booking channel (thrivecart).
Prices are displayed at the time of booking. The price includes guided instruction and all painting materials. Food and beverages are provided by the collaborating restaurant where applicable.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6. Changes & Event Cancellation by the Host
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event if it cannot take place as planned.
In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible.
7. Liability & Responsibility
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
8. Artistic Outcome Disclaimer
Lofoten Art Nights is a creative experience, not a professional art training.
9. Photography & Media
During the events, photos or short videos may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes (e.g. website or social media).
If a participant does not wish to appear in such material, they must inform the organizer before the event.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law.
11. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

3. Event Details
- Location: Eliassen Rorbuer, Hamnøy, Norway
- Duration: approx. 3 hours
- Language: English & German (French upon request)
- Participants: Adults and teenagers from 12 years old
- Children under 12: Only upon prior agreement
4. Booking & Payment
A booking is binding once completed through the official booking channel (thrivecart).

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No refunds are possible for participant cancellations, regardless of reason.
- If the event is cancelled by the host (e.g. due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances), the full amount will be refunded.
- No further claims for compensation (e.g. travel or accommodation costs) can be made.
6. Changes & Event Cancellation by the Host
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event if it cannot take place as planned.
In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible.
7. Liability & Responsibility
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
- The organizer accepts no liability for damage to clothing or personal belongings, especially due to paint or art materials.
- No liability is assumed for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items during the event.
- Alcoholic beverages, if offered, are provided by the collaborating restaurant (Gadus Restaurant). Responsibility for serving alcohol lies solely with the restaurant.
8. Artistic Outcome Disclaimer
Lofoten Art Nights is a creative experience, not a professional art training.
- No guarantee is given regarding the artistic outcome, quality, durability, or longevity of the artwork.
- The workshop focuses on the experience and creative process, not on technical perfection.
9. Photography & Media
